Calvin is a Senior Director, Program Manager and IT enthusiast, who has worked over the last 17 years at the multinational corporate IT organizations, Verifone, Uniform Industry Cooperation Ltd., UIC EU GmbH and Hisense POS in the EU branch. Since start his job career, he always has had a keen interest in both technology and business development. Developing his own IT skills and knowledge through autodidact learning,

Calvin became more and more thrilled by the countless possibilities with new technology could offer — and its disruptive could also bring people/environment a good life. Starting in business consulting and project management, Calvin’s responsibilities greatly increased over the years providing him with the experience of working in high pressure environments for hands-in Leading, Management and Execution. Calvin has extensive know-how in project-, program- and especially inreacting-with-people, to lead and improve team performance, as a result for a business service sector. His responsibilities ranged from business strategy, market enrollment, deeply to customers’ deployment and operations in real prastic. He managed significant innovated business projects in Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Italy and Spain. During his daily challenges, Calvin was recruited into different handpicked task forces to strengthen Clients relationships with key customers within pan-EU. Most recently, he worked for Hisense EU POS streamlining the strategic partnership with an EU gaint retailer – a big milestone for customer to leverage an innovation technolgoy to improve sale and numerous labor cost of saving.

The latest but not the least, Calvin completed several prestigious management and leaderships trainings and holds a degree of Business Administration from the Northumbria, Newcastle Business School in the UK.
